Orders & Purchases
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once you receive an order number. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable or customer details cannot be verified.
No Returns & No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to limited, small-batch artisanal production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed and delivered. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Pricing & Shipping
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are clearly calculated and displayed before you confirm your order at checkout.
Product Representation & Natural Variations
Our garments are woven and dyed in small batches with natural fibres and pigments; slight variation in tone, weave, and texture is a hallmark of the handcrafted process, not a defect.
Intellectual Property
The Self name, monogram, imagery, designs, and copy are owned by Self and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
